Our approach empowers you to relieve pain and tension with simple tools - and the guidance to access them.

Membership includes:

  • Weekly recorded therapeutic movement practice (15 minutes or less) targeting pain and tension.
  • Monthly live 60-minute yoga practice (recordings available in our library to watch at any time, as many times as you wish!)
  • Monthly recorded mindfulness practice
  • Anytime access to an ever-growing library of practices  
  • Anytime a compassionate online community

You will maintain full access to our entire library of content for as long as you remain a member. Access your membership through our private web portal or smartphone app (IOS or Android) at a time that works with your schedule and choose a practice that supports your body’s specific needs.

Each month has a unique theme to help you discover an integrative approach to caring for your body and relieving pain & stress. The practices are approachable for all levels and abilities of participants, regardless of past yoga & mindful movement experience. We want every-body to have a chance to feel better and live with greater ease and freedom. With a focus on self-efficacy, tools for caring for body and mind, and efficient practices that fit into your daily life, we are skilled guides for offering variations of movements to suit diverse bodies so that you can get back to feeling and functioning your best.

What Type of Practices Does This Include?

Pain and Tension Relief offers evidence-based therapeutic movement and mindfulness practices, many that are 15-minutes or less, that combine: 

  • pain science
  • mindfulness
  • physical therapy inspired movement
  • yoga 
  • with additional evidence-based approaches.

A live monthly 60-minute class (recording available to use as many times as you would like!) is held for those looking for a longer practice to complement our other offerings.

Pain & Tension Relief is for those who wish to experience a pain-free, active lifestyle, no matter their age and previous yoga experience (and do so on their own schedule all while being part of a compassionate and supportive community.

Pain & Tension Relief guides you through short, safe, evidence-based practices to relieve chronic muscle tightness, restore natural posture and movement, and eliminate pain. 

We have curated the tools and techniques used in our own personal journeys to offer you support and hope in finding relief.

About Us

As a Physical Therapist, Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Yoga Educators, and as individuals that have lived with chronic pain & tension, we have developed a whole-person approach that is gentle, mindful and offers relief. 

Through the knowledge gleaned from nurturing our own bodies, alongside scientific evidence, clinical experience, and neuroscientific insight we know what helps people develop a healthy and pain-free relationship with movement, reduce tension, anxiety, and pain-related discomfort.
